The primary focus of this role is to introduce qualified investors, family offices, institutional capital partners, and strategic relationships to support the company's real estate investment and development pipeline. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with strong fundraising capabilities, investor networks, and business development experience within real estate, private equity, or capital markets. Lead investor outreach, relationship management, and fundraising initiatives. Present company projects and investment opportunities to prospective investors and capital partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional investors. Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions. Source strategic partnerships within real estate development, finance, and investment sectors. Identify new business opportunities and support company expansion initiatives. Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and market positioning. Strong network of investors, family offices, lenders, developers, or institutional capital partners preferred. Demonstrated ability to introduce capital and originate investment opportunities. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts. Experience in real estate investment, private equity, finance, or related industries strongly preferred. Base salary negotiable based on candidate's investor network, capital resources, and business development capabilities. Performance-based commissions, fundraising incentives, and transaction participation available.
