- Strong traditional finance foundation, ideally across wealth management, broker-dealer platforms, advisory, custody, asset management, banking, capital markets, or regulated financial services platforms.
- Applied digital asset experience through product, strategy, consulting, operating model, infrastructure, regulatory, or platform initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated or highly controlled environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-ready memos, product narratives, structured analysis, and decision materials.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguity into clear issues, options, trade-offs, and execution paths.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. ## Additional Qualifications
- Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in an internal strategy, product, platform, or innovation role at a major financial institution.
- Experience supporting, launching, or scaling digital asset capabilities within wealth management, brokerage, banking, asset management, or fintech environments.
- Experience evaluating vendors, partners, and technology providers, including commercial, operational, control, and third-party risk considerations.
