Islandwide Contract Executive 4 years exp Accounting / Auditing / Taxation, Admin / Secretarial, Banking and Finance $5,000to$5,500 Monthly 41 applicationsPosted 30 Jun 2026Closing on 30 Jul 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Brief Description The Finance Executive reports directly to the COO/CEO and will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters in PAVE. One of the key requirements in this role is the need to ensure accuracy, completeness and in compliance with internal controls for all financial transactions. This role is also expected to prepare and submit financial corporate statements in accordance with industry practices (e.g. GAAP) for audit and regulatory purposes (e.g. IRAS submission). Job Responsibilities The job responsibilities for this position include: 1. Annual Budgeting and Ad-Hoc Project Budgeting 2. Financial Analysis
  • Analyse the financial data in the financial reports and identify opportunities to strengthen income/revenue generation or operational efficiencies that can reduce costs. 3. Financial Reporting 4. Finance Procedures & Controls 5. Special Projects
  • From time to time there may be special project where the finance officer may be called to assist. 6. Governance Issues
  • Ensure that all governance issues and matters related to Commissioner of Chairities, ACRA, issues related to Board Members be handled appropriately. 7. Other Duties
  • Provides secretariat services to the Finance Committee, Audit Committee and Fund Raising Committee
  • Answer phone calls when required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the CEO Requirements To be sucessful in this position, the person must have:
  • A degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional qualifications from a recognised Accounting Body (e.g. Singapore Institute of Chartered Accountants or the Institute of Certified Accountants or Cost and Management Accountants)
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office & SAGE accounting software
  • Meticulous and analytical attributes
  • Must be a team player, possess initiative and a positive working attitude
  • Must have a high level of integrity
