Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, with a focus on financial reporting, monthly closings, and general ledger analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes Perform General Ledger (G/L) analysis Handle monthly closings and reconciliations Prepare accurate and timely financial statements Oversee or coordinate payroll processing Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Qualifications:

7-10 years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Experience in freight forwarding is helpful but not required CargoWise software experience is a plus

Additional Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently •
