Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and manage our financial reporting and accounting staff at its multi-location subsidiary. Duties Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports with clarity and precision. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Management of the company's financial data, including all aspects of financial accounting, internal audit, and timely financial reporting. Analyze monthly financial reports in an effort to improve efficiencies Implement financial controls across the company Manage all A/R, A/P and Cash Management Liaison with 3rd party payroll company and banks
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting Demonstrated expertise in financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation processes. Experience with month-end inventory processing Must have "can do" attitude. Willing to work on anything to get the job done. Experience in ERP and Financial Management Systems Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
