POSITION VISION
Prepare, analyze, and report financial activities of the company and assist the
CFO. QUANTIFIABLE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1.
Lead the compilation of financial operating results and provide financial support to the management team 2. Lead the monthly close activities including preparing and reviewing journal entries 3. Prepare monthly variance analysis of financial reports and key performance indices (KPI) 4. Oversee vehicle registrations & fixed assets lists 5. Maintain company price book 6. Process Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax, Beverage Tax, TMT and Beverage Container Tax returns 7. Process all SLA license renewals and Corporate changes as necessary
QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1.
Prepare for year-end 401K audit. 2. Prepare for fiscal year-end audit 3. Maintain setups of GL Accounts in Sage Intacct software 4. Maintain GL setups in Eostar, Paycom & banking software for import to insure proper posting of all transactions to Sage Intacct 5. Understand Profitability and Margin Analysis reports and provide rational for all the results 6. Oversee A/P Clerk, Market / Revenue Analyst & Rochester Office Staff 7. Other financial analysis and/or special projects as required

Answer and satisfy customer complaints whenever possible to build positive business relationships.
