$155,000-175,000 base (DOE) + Bonus + Equity Program Participation Position Overview The HT Group is partnering with a growing healthcare services organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting,pliance, and process improvement initiatives. ing directly to the CFO, this role will play a key part in building scalable financial infrastructure to support multi-state growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on CPA with strong healthcare accounting experience, deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, and a process-oriented mindset focused on automation and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Financial ing & Accounting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities Prepare consolidated financial reporting and management analysis Develop and maintain accounting policies, controls, andpliance procedures Systems, Process Improvement & Automation Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and subject matter expert Lead ERP optimization, workflow automation, and system integrations Drive process improvements and scalable workflows across finance operations Implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy Audit, Compliance & Tax Lead external audit processes and manage auditor relationships Ensurepliance with multi-state tax and healthcare-related regulations Partner with external advisors on tax planning and reporting Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices Leadership & Operations Lead and develop distributed accounting teams, including remote/offshore staff Establish performance expectations, SOPs, and accountability measures Partner cross-functionally with leadership on strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Active CPA license required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience Strong NetSuite ERP expertise required Healthcare or multi-entity accounting experience preferred Experience with automation, process improvement, and financial systems optimization preferred Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Process-oriented with a focus on scalability and efficiency Excellentmunication and leadership abilities Collaborative, hands-on, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) withpany contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development support and continuing education reimbursement Hybrid work flexibility
