Job Description

Director of Implementation at R2 Global Director of Implementation at R2 Global in Sunnyside, New York Posted in about 18 hours ago.
Type:
full-time
Job Description:
This one is for the finance person who's spent years on the implementation side of SaaS projects and wants to do something different with that experience. I'm placing a consulting manager with a fast-growing fintech. They've built a platform that automates the contract-to-cash cycle for finance and accounting teams, sitting directly on top of NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks. The accounting knowledge required to do this job well is real, which is why they want someone who genuinely understands what goes on behind the scenes in a finance function, not just someone who knows how to configure software. The company has scaled quickly. 200-plus customers, $55M Series B closed, and 5X ARR growth in the last year. The implementation function needs a proper leader to match. You'd come in as the senior hire managing a team of 3 to 4 implementation managers while staying hands-on with the more complex accounts yourself. The kinds of conversations you'd be having with clients are around ASC 606, revenue recognition policy, order-to-cash workflows and how their general ledger needs to reflect all of it. If that sounds familiar, you're probably the right profile.
What they need:
A finance or accounting background with experience running end-to-end ERP implementations at an ERP reseller, SaaS or fintech business. You've managed a small team properly, not just mentored junior staff. You're comfortable walking a CFO through a revenue recognition workflow and then turning around and working with an engineer on an integration issue. Big 4 experience is a bonus.
The package:
Up to $205K base, equity, 100% healthcare, unlimited
PTO, 401
(k), 12 weeks parental leave,
