Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing multi-unit hospitality group is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across multiple restaurant locations. This role will serve as the internal Restaurant365 (R365) expert, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong cash management, and operational support for ownership and leadership. Controller Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Opportunity to join a growing hospitality organization Controller Requirements & Qualifications 3-7+ years of accounting experience within restaurants or hospitality Extensive hands-on experience with Restaurant365 (R365) Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including COGS, labor, inventory, and daily sales reporting Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Controller Preferred Background & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with Toast POS integrations and restaurant technology platforms Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience Controller Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting Oversee AP, AR, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and cash flow management Serve as the primary administrator for Restaurant365 Produce financial and operational reports for ownership and leadership Support budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, and compliance initiatives Partner with operations leaders to improve profitability and performance This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working closely with operations and helping a growing hospitality group scale effectively.
