Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic direction and execution. People Leadership & Organizational Maturity Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high‑impact finance professionals, building bench strength and future finance leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business ownership within the FP&A organization. Champion diversity of thought, collaboration, and executive‑ready communication across the finance function. Process, Systems & Analytics Excellence Elevate financial planning and reporting through process optimization, automation, and advanced analytics. Drive modernization of FP&A tools, data visualization, and modeling capabilities to improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality. Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance while enabling the business to move at pace. Transformation, Change & Special Initiatives Lead finance partnership on enterprise initiatives including M&A analysis, cost transformation, and evolving business models. Represent Finance on enterprise steering committees and transformation programs. Assess and articulate the enterprise‑level implications of strategic investments and change initiatives.
