On offer is the opportunity to join a growing business where you'll work directly alongside executive leadership, helping drive financial performance, improve processes, and support strategic growth across multiple entities. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, manage a small accounting team, and take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, cashflow reporting, audit processes, and financial reporting. You'll also play a key role in streamlining systems and improving internal controls across the business. This role would suit a hands-on Controller with manufacturing or cost accounting experience who enjoys working closely with operations and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee accounting and finance operations Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting Manage inventory controls and cost accounting activities Support audits, compliance and board reporting

The Candidate:

Controller or senior finance leadership experience Manufacturing or industrial background preferred Strong GAAP accounting knowledge Leadership/people management experience
