Job responsibilities Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving requirements, ensuring seamless progress across multiple high-impact initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with product and technology teams to clarify objectives and drive alignment on deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, meticulously tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and touch points, promoting transparency and clear communication of key updates throughout the organization. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Demonstrated success designing and managing complex program portfolios, overseeing multiple projects and releases simultaneously. Advanced analytical and organizational skills to break down complex challenges, track milestones, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Experience with cross-functional partnership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering solutions under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Proficiency with project management tools and software to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting. Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, Atlassian Jira & Jira Align Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects within financial services or technology environments.
