- Our client, an International Manufacturing company, has a Controller opening! This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting for multiple entities, budgeting support, consolidations, and foreign currency activities while leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals. Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for three entities
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial statements
- Prepare timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis and provide financial insights to leadership
- Manage consolidations across multiple entities
- Oversee foreign currency exchange accounting and related transactions
- Calculate and maintain overhead and labor rates within the manufacturing environment
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance metrics
- Assist with cash flow management and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
