About the Role We are hiring an Assistant Controller to support financial operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across accounting and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Manage core accounting and financial operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership Support process improvements and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Prepare financial reports, documentation, and analysis Qualifications Relevant degree or equivalent experience Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced setting Preferred Experience Industry-specific experience Familiarity with relevant financial systems/tools Continuous improvement mindset

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$120,000 $140,000 USD Full benefits package
