Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus About the Opportunity A large, established organization with over $450 million in annual revenue is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple accounting functions, partnering with operational leadership, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to managing a fast-paced accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and revenue accounting functions Manage cash flow reporting and banking relationships Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Coordinate internal and external audit activities Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA strongly preferred Progressive accounting leadership experience Experience managing and developing accounting teams Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, internal controls, and month-end close processes Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or Director-level experience Experience within large, multi-department organizations Exposure to high-volume transaction environments ERP experience, preferably NetSuite Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 Performance bonus opportunity Stable organization with strong leadership and long-term growth potential Qualified candidates interested in learning more are encouraged to apply for a confidential discussion.
