We are collaborative, growth-minded, and passionate about making a measurable impact. We are seeking a Controller to join our consulting team as a full-time, permanent hire in Oklahoma City. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven accounting leader who thrives on problem-solving, guiding businesses, and building strong financial foundations. As a Controller at NOW CFO, you'll bring more than just technical skills, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients mitigate risk, improve profitability, and make informed business decisions. What You'll Do Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll. Manage key accounting functions such as job costing, WIP, inventory, and revenue recognition. Establish and maintain internal controls, budgets, and performance metrics. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. Own the month-end and year-end close processes. Standardize systems and processes to drive efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Partner with leadership to guide financial decision-making. Mentor and develop accounting staff. Champion positive change and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting. Background in consulting or audit (preferred). Experience leading or managing accounting teams (preferred).
