About this Position The Assistant Vice-President (AVP) of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs provides strategic leadership and high-level supervision across all enrollment and student affairs functions for OSU-Oklahoma City (OSU-OKC). This includes oversight of admissions, recruitment, Slate CRM operations, financial aid, assessment, and student orientation as well as student life, concurrent, TRIO programs and career services. The AVP serves as a member of the Executive Leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enrollment strategies with the goal of growing traditional student populations while aggressively expanding market share in adult online, transfer, and professional programs. Responsibilities include supervising directors and professional staff and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. The position reports to the provost and collaborates with all academic and administrative units to foster a student-centered approach to enrollment.
Required Qualifications Education:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university required. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered if relevant.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, including supervision of professional staff and cross-functional teams. Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience specifically in admissions and recruitment, including supervision of professional staff and cross-functional teams. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience using a CRM system. Direct work experience in admissions, enrollment management and/or student services. Experience in the collaborative development and execution of an institutional strategic enrollment plan. Experience in providing oversight to multiple operational and support functions. Demonstrated success in collaborating with stakeholders. Certifications, Registrations, and/or
Licenses:
Must have current driver's license. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
Must possess an understanding of the student life cycle for both traditional (18- to 22-year-old) and adult student populations. Proven expertise in predictive modeling, net tuition revenue (NTR) forecasting, and parsing data to identify shifting demographic trends. Deep understanding of the unique factors facing adult learners, such as Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), flexible credit transfers, and the necessity of immediate, concierge-style customer service. Thorough knowledge of geographic territory management, high school relations, and leveraging the campus visit experience. Experience evaluating data, market trends, and knowledge of current technologies that best assist in recruiting students. Expertise in CRM systems, especially Slate, and data analytics. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to student success and customer service excellence. Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to enrollment and financial aid. Positive "can-do" attitude along with a professional appearance and demeanor. Event and project management abilities. Passion for assisting institutional stakeholders and representing the OSU-OKC and OSU brand with positivity and professionalism. Demonstrated history of ethical and professional behavior.

Experience leading the development and implementation of data-informed enrollment strategies. Experience in enrollment management specifically with adult populations. Demonstrated success in admissions and recruitment leading to increased enrollment. Two years of progressive leadership experience specifically in the Slate CRM system.
