Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial guidance to leadership Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to support business decision-making Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Coordinate and lead external audits, tax preparation, and compliance efforts Develop, implement, and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to support company growth Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support operational and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of Controller experience within an organization of approximately 400 employees (or similar scale) Proven experience managing financial operations for companies with annual revenues between $50 million and $400 million Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience with ERP systems and financial management software Demonstrated leadership and team management experience High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams #Ind1
