Job Description
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller to supervise a small team and oversee all accounting operations, including GL reconciliations and daily cash monitoring and analysis. This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience and would be a great fit for an applicant with experience with a manufacturing company. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise small accounting team
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, costing, and payroll
- Post journal entries and perform GL reconciliations
- Manage month-end close procedures
- Conduct effective daily cash monitoring and analysis
- Prepare financial reporting and statements
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- ERP systems experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting
- Experience with a manufacturing company preferred
