ASAP This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to grow into a senior leadership role. As Director of Finance and Administration, you will oversee the company's financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in the continued growth of Camden Logistics. The company provides support for CPA preparation, continuing education, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial administration functions Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures Provide financial analysis and recommendations to company leadership Assist with strategic planning and organizational decision-making Oversee administrative functions supporting company operations Work closely with external accounting and financial advisors Supervise and support direct reports Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and executive information Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Two to five years of accounting or finance experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion Demonstrated work ethic and desire for professional growth Preferred Qualifications CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA licensure Leadership or supervisory experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience supporting growing organizations Professional Development Provided CPA review courses (Becker, Wiley, or equivalent) CPA examination fees Paid study time AICPA membership support Transportation industry financial benchmarking resources Executive financial coaching Ongoing mentorship and leadership development Potential CPA licensure recognition bonus of $5,000 - $10,000 Benefits Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Performance bonus opportunities CPA and continuing education support Leadership development opportunities Long-term career growth opportunities Supportive team environment How to Apply Apply directly through the link provided on the job platform (Paycom application).
