VOLUME DEALERSHIP 1.
Department Leadership & Performance Management Team Supervision:
Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of F&I Managers.
Goal Setting:
Establish and track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance benchmarks for product penetration, PVR (Profit Per Vehicle Retailed), and finance reserve.
Deal Flow Management:
Oversee the structure of deals to ensure optimal profitability and smooth turn-times between the sales floor and the F&I office. 2.
Lender Relations & Financial Operations Lender Network:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with captive lenders, national banks, credit unions, and subprime finance sources.
Credit Underwriting:
Step in on complex or high-tier deals to negotiate directly with lenders for approvals, competitive buy rates, and flexible terms.
CIT Management:
Monitor and minimize Contracts in Transit (CIT) to ensure the dealership's cash flow is optimized and contracts are funded rapidly. 3.
Compliance & Legal Oversight Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive finance (e.g., Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OFAC, Red Flags Rule, and Safeguards Rule).
Auditing:
Conduct regular audits of F&I deal jackets to guarantee all required disclosures, signatures, and compliance paperwork are flawless. 4.
Product Strategy & Menu Management Product Selection:
Evaluate and select aftermarket product vendors (e.g., extended warranties/VSCs, GAP insurance, tire & wheel protection, appearance protection).
Menu Presentation:
Ensure the F&I team utilizes a 100% disclosure presentation menu for every customer, ensuring maximum product presentation and transparency.
Required Experience & Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years of successful experience as an automotive F&I Manager, with a proven track record of high PVR and strong compliance scores. Prior dealership management experience (Sales Manager, GSM) is highly preferred. All Inquires will be Held Confidentially. Compensation to be Determined per
