Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 8+ years' total experience, 4+ years in a leadership capacity Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel required; Viewpoint preferred Experience in similar role within the construction industry required
Your New Role:
Utilize your extensive accounting experience and meticulous mind in our latest Controller role! You'll have to have strong analytical skills in this Controller role, as you'll be responsible for conducting various analyses to assess performance, track renewals, and ensure data integrity of the company's accounting system. Utilizing your leadership instincts, you'll guide a small, dedicated accounting team in daily tasks. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with company leadership to align the accounting department with company goals. You'll succeed in this role if you bring strong organizational skills, a solid foundation in construction accounting, robust financial reporting abilities, agility in shifting project priorities, and the capacity to interpret complex project financial data. This is an on-site role in Portland.
