Summary The Assistant Controller supports daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Prepare financial statements for Condo Associations Manage asset replacement reserve study Support payroll processing as needed Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Perform audits, reconciliations, and journal entries Complete tax filings and rental reports Track capital projects and maintain depreciation schedules Attend and record Finance Committee meetings Additional Duties Support annual audits and inventory counts Reconcile bank accounts Prepare reports and assist with special projects Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles (including double-entry) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with computerized accounting systems Hospitality accounting experience preferred Why You'll Love Working Here This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package based on employment status.
