Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. An excellent client and nonprofit local to Conshohocken, PA is looking for a Controller to join their team. This role oversees core accounting operations and provides strategic financial leadership across reporting, technical accounting, and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead financial accounting and reporting activities, including consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and retirement plan reporting. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with

U.S. GAAP.

Serve as the organization's technical accounting resource, advising leadership on complex transactions, new accounting standards, and business initiatives. Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes, systems, and operational performance. Act as primary contact for external auditors and oversee audit coordination. Maintain strong internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support enterprise risk management initiatives.
