Job Description
Join an exceptional luxury resort and casino property where precision, leadership, and integrity drive financial success. The Casino Director of Finance will oversee all financial functions across gaming and resort operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic growth in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Benefits and Compensation Base Salary:
$110,000- $130,000, commensurate with experience
Bonus:
Up to 20% annual performance-based incentive Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with 401(k) company match Paid vacation, holidays, and professional development opportunities Casino Director of Finance- Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino or resort accounting, including 5+ years in leadership Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP , internal controls, and gaming compliance standards Ability to obtain and maintain all required state and gaming certifications Casino Director of Finance
- Must Haves Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting Oversee accounting, credit, cage operations, and count room departments Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control policies Manage, train, and evaluate Finance department staff to maintain excellence Casino Director of Finance
- Preferred Background & Skills Proven success in casino or resort-based financial management roles Strong analytical and strategic mindset with process improvement experience Skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with executive leadership and regulators Proficiency with gaming financial systems, audits, and reporting tools
