Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our client's team in the Bensalem, Pennsylvania area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in accounting and financial management within manufacturing environments. The Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating accurate financial reports.
• Produce comprehensive financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage and monitor cash flow to optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for financial improvement.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and collections.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax specialists to support audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and uphold regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering detail-oriented growth and efficiency within the team.
