JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President of Finance Technology and Integration will be be a critical member of the finance leadership team responsible for defining and executing the enterprise's 5-year finance IT strategy and leading all finance-related integration activities for affiliations. The incumbent acts as a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of finance processes and technology, capable of driving transformation and ensuring seamless integration of financial systems and processes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance IT Strategy & Stakeholder Relationships Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy for the finance organization that aligns with the enterprise's strategic goals. Partner with IT, business leaders, and business unit finance to translate business needs into technology solutions and create a roadmap for the evolution of our finance systems, including ERP, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and reporting platforms. Oversee the selection, prioritization, implementation, and optimization of all financial systems and technologies. Manage relationships with key technology vendors and consulting partners. Stay up to date on the latest finance technology trends and best practices. Finance IT Execution & Compliance Direct the development, requirements-gathering, business process mapping, data conversion, systems configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and updates for all Finance systems. Lead the development, testing, implementation/adoption, and scaling of AI use cases for finance with appropriate governance. Develop and track key performance indicators to assess achievement of goals, milestones, and efficiency/productivity. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance data analytics, and improve efficiency within the finance function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation initiatives. Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of all financial systems and data. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to finance technology and data privacy.
Finance Integration of Affiliations:
Lead the finance integration workstream for all strategic affiliations from due diligence through post-affiliation integration. Develop and implement a scalable and repeatable playbook for finance integration to ensure consistency and efficiency. Direct the integration of financial reporting, planning, accounting policies, and internal controls for acquired entities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Corporate Development, HR, Legal, IT) to ensure a holistic and successful integration process. Oversee the integration of financial systems, ensuring a smooth transition and data migration. Provide regular updates to the executive leadership team on integration progress, risks, and synergies. Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority. EXPERIENCE
Required 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. 10 years of experience with modern ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Workday). 10 years with proven record of developing and executing IT strategy and transformation initiatives. 10 years of Demonstrated leadership experience in finance integration. Preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare industry. 5 years of experience with both large-scale, enterprise-wide systems and nimble, competitive financial technology solutions. SKILLS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION
Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Related field or 6 years experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Master's degree in Business, Accounting or Related field. LICENSES or

Pay Range Minimum:
$185,000.00
Pay Range Maximum:
$335,000.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
