Job Description

In this role you will be: Lead the development and delivery of financial decision support tools, dashboards, and models that align accounting data with business strategy. Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights. Translate complex accounting and financial data into clear, concise reports to support executive and board-level decisions. Conduct margin analysis, cost-benefit studies, variance analysis, and business case development for strategic initiatives and capital investments. Lead the integration of actuals (from accounting) with forecasts and budgets to ensure consistency and clarity in reporting. Support long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and operations teams to ensure alignment across financial functions. Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, tools, and systems for enhanced decision support capabilities. Ensure financial models and reports comply with GAAP (or IFRS) and internal controls. Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts or decision support staff (if applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Master's degree or MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience with scheduling required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
CPA and/or CMA preferred
