We leverage technology, including Global Shop ERP, to streamline operations and support scalable growth. What You'll Do Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Oversee financial activity within Global Shop ERP to ensure accuracy and visibility Manage month-end and year-end close and produce financial statements Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Provide financial reporting and insights to support leadership decisions Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Improve accounting workflows and ERP utilization Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Manage or support accounting staff and external partners as needed What You Bring 5-10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Experience in a Controller or Accounting Manager role preferred Strong proficiency with ERP or accounting systems required; experience with Global Shop ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems is a plus Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA preferred

Pay:

$39.00 - $48.00 per hour
