Job Description

Jubilee Ministries, located in Lebanon, PA, is a mission-driven, faith-based, nonprofit ministry serving individuals affected by incarceration and their families. A multifaceted organization, the team endeavors to serve as ambassadors of life change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To advance the various community and prison ministries, Jubilee operates six thrift stores located in Lebanon, Lancaster, and Berks Counties. Through employment at Jubilee, each team member fulfills an essential role in impacting lives for Christ. The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for advancing the vision of Jubilee Ministries to a measurable impact. Working in close partnership with the CEO, the EVP ensures alignment across all departments, drives operational excellence, and cultivates a healthy, accountable, and mission-driven culture. A critical component of this role is the intentional development of people, building leadership capacity and creating sustainable training systems that equip teams to carry out Jubilee's mission with excellence. The successful candidate will be a collaborator, team builder and developer of people who brings seasoned servant-leadership and a passion for the mission of the organization. The EVP will work collaboratively with and provide leadership to the VP of Programs, the VP of Operations, and the VP of Administration including finance, human resources and administrative support functions.
Executive Vice President Position Qualifications:
Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission, beliefs, and values of Jubilee Ministries, essential Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience including developing people/teams Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resource allocation Background in human services, operations, ministry, nonprofit, or community development, a plus Excellent computer skills and understanding of technology Community involvement, strongly preferred Please submit resume and cover letter: https://careers.northgroupconsultants.com/#/jobs
