Full Job Description Experience:

  • $160,000 per year Job Details
  • What You'll Own Day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in partnership with the CFO Performance analysis across departments and service lines — identifying trends and recommending improvements Audit coordination and primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies Payroll monitoring, reconciliation of cost allocations, withholdings, and liabilities Leadership, training, and performance management of the accounting team What We're Looking For 10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience Healthcare/manufacturing billing and finance background strongly preferred Advanced degree in Accounting or MBA; CPA highly preferred Strong GAAP knowledge including Cash Basis accounting Experience with month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, and GL functions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational leadership A bit about us:•Our client is a well established healthcare manufacturing company in Philadelphia with locations across the country.
