Scope of Responsibilities Take full responsibility for financial strategic planning, budget management, cash management, and financial risk control at the U.S. subsidiary Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements Manage fund settlement, reconciliation, tax planning, and compliance matters related to digital asset trading Establish and optimize financial systems and internal control processes to support rapid business expansion Collaborate closely with the finance team at the German headquarters to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cross-border financial data Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) and provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support senior management decision-making Lead the finance team and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are preferred At least 8-12 years of financial management experience in financial services institutions, including at least 3 years in a CFO or senior manager role Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial services industry regulatory requirements; candidates with financial experience in the digital asset or fintech sectors are preferred Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, ERP, Tableau, etc.)
