Job Description:
We are seeking a VP of Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of compensation, benefits, and reward programs within a complex, global business environment. This executive will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and senior business leaders to develop competitive rewards programs that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth. The role offers significant visibility and influence, including interaction with executive leadership and governance stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide compensation and benefits strategies. Design and enhance executive, broad-based, and incentive compensation programs. Partner with senior leadership to align rewards initiatives with business objectives and workforce planning. Evaluate and modernize performance-based compensation structures. Oversee global compensation and benefits programs while balancing local market requirements. Utilize data, analytics, technology, and emerging tools to support decision-making and program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and governance requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals. Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications or graduate education preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience within Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards functions. Experience leading Total Rewards programs across multiple countries or regions. Background supporting executive compensation and senior leadership stakeholders. Experience within a publicly traded organization strongly preferred. Technology, software, SaaS, or other innovation-driven industry experience preferred. Proven ability to develop and implement compensation strategies that support organizational growth. Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen. Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
