Assistant Controller $100,000 – $130,000 Pittsburgh, PA 15222 | Hybrid (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple real estate entities, including month-end close and financial reporting The Assistant Controller will manage and support audit and tax preparation processes across the organization Ensure accuracy and compliance within multi-entity financial structures and reporting requirements Leverage Yardi to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance accounting efficiency The Assistant Controller will partner with leadership to support financial planning, reporting, and organizational growth initiatives Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and modernization Qualifications for the Assistant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience with strong real estate industry exposure required Advanced experience with Yardi (Voyager preferred) Strong background in multi-entity accounting and financial reporting Experience supporting audits and tax processes in a complex environment Leadership experience or readiness to step into a Controller-level role What You'll Gain as the Assistant Controller Defined succession path to Controller within 9–12 months High visibility role working directly with executive leadership Exposure to large-scale real estate portfolio and multi-entity structure Opportunity to influence process improvement during a major growth phase Hybrid schedule with strong work-life balance and employer-paid parking EB-1776819281
