A highly regarded investment firm is seeking two Assistant Controllers to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and operational finance functions. This role blends technical accounting expertise with process oversight, systems optimization, and innovation initiatives.

The position partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations, while helping drive continuous improvement through automation and modern technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting and reporting for investment funds and related vehicles, including audit coordinationManage relationships with third-party administrators and review fund accounting deliverablesPrepare and review financial statements, capital activity, and investor reportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and governing agreementsSupport investment-related transactions and treasury activitiesCollaborate with tax, legal, and operations teams on reporting and compliance mattersMaintain strong internal controls and documentation across finance processesRespond to stakeholder and investor inquiriesIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation and system enhancementsLeverage data analytics and technology to increase efficiency and scalabilityPartner across teams to streamline workflows and improve overall financial operations
