A highly regarded investment firm is seeking two Assistant Controllers to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and operational finance functions. This role blends technical accounting expertise with process oversight, systems optimization, and innovation initiatives. The position partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations, while helping drive continuous improvement through automation and modern technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee accounting and reporting for investment funds and related vehicles, including audit coordination + Manage relationships with third-party administrators and review fund accounting deliverables + Prepare and review financial statements, capital activity, and investor reporting + Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and governing agreements + Support investment-related transactions and treasury activities + Collaborate with tax, legal, and operations teams on reporting and compliance matters + Maintain strong internal controls and documentation across finance processes + Respond to stakeholder and investor inquiries + Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and system enhancements + Leverage data analytics and technology to increase efficiency and scalability + Partner across teams to streamline workflows and improve overall financial operations

Requirements Keys:

+ 7+ years overall experience. The more, the better!! + Public and Private experience is highly preferred. + Straight public or private experience + CPA is a must + Investment partnership fund experience Interested?
