As the Assistant Vice President of Occupational Medicine Operations, you will lead enterprise-wide occupational medicine, physical therapy, and account management operations while
  • As a AVP of Occupational Medicine you will:
  • + •Provide•strategic and operational leadership for occupational medicine services, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across multiple markets and sites.

  • Lead
  • Occupational Medicine Operations, Physical Therapy, and Key Account Management teams to drive performance, accountability, and service line growth. +
  • Identify
  • opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate operational barriers, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery. +
  • Oversee
  • employer programs, workers' compensation operations, and billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. +
  • Leverage
  • data, performance metrics, and market insights to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. +
  • Partner
  • with sales and business development leaders to support account onboarding, operational readiness, and long-term client retention. +
  • Strengthen
  • relationships with key employer clients by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering operational solutions. +
  • Champion
  • innovation by advancing technology adoption and optimizing systems such as Salesforce, Experity, and employer protocol management tools. +
  • Lead
  • transformational initiatives that enhance scalability, support future growth, and position the organization as a leader in occupational medicine services.
  • You Should Have:
  • + •Graduate•of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Posess
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations or healthcare management experience. + You have demonstrated success leading multi-site operations, large-scale programs, or complex healthcare service lines. +
  • Experience
  • in driving operational improvements, process optimization, and organizational growth initiatives. +
  • Proven
  • ability to build strong partnerships with executive leaders, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders. +
  • Skilled
  • at analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies that improve operational and financial results. +
  • Influential
  • leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, navigating change, and driving accountability across large organizations.
