Controller Compensation:
$150,000 - $180,000 + Excellent Benefits Our client is seeking a progressive and strategic Controller to join their growing organization following an internal promotion. Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out Hybrid flexibility — Work from home Mondays & Fridays Fully remote during the first week of monthly close Organization experiencing rapid, sustained growth Newly renovated office environment Direct exposure to executive leadership High-impact leadership role driving operational transformation and financial strategy Lead ERP implementation and finance modernization initiatives Strong culture focused on employee development and internal promotion Collaborative, high-performing finance team Open-door leadership style with accessible decision-makers Cross-functional exposure across operations, finance, and executive management Excellent compensation, benefits, and long-term growth potential Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration Oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for U.S. and Canadian operations Partner with executive leadership to drive operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and business growth Lead ERP implementation efforts and finance process optimization projects Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, disbursements, and wire approvals Serve as primary contact for internal and external auditors Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives Additional leadership responsibilities and special projects as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Public accounting background highly preferred Prior experience within manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based environment preferred Proven leadership experience managing accounting and finance teams Strong ERP systems and process improvement experience Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Why Join?
