- 150,000 base + discretionary bonus Direct-Hire Placement Overview We are seeking a Controller to join a growing, global manufacturing organization with approximately $150-200M in revenue.
This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with the international parent company. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Manage financial reporting under both GAAP and IFRS standards Lead SOX and international-SOX compliance, including internal controls documentation, testing, and audit coordination Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company Drive process improvements, particularly within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) CPA certification (required) 6+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of management experience with direct reports Strong background in financial reporting within a public or multinational company Experience with SOX/internal controls frameworks Exposure to IFRS reporting Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems preferred Strong communication with international stakeholders Organization Structure Reports to VP of Finance / Business Planning Oversees 3 direct reports (Accounting/AP/AR functions) Works closely with executive leadership and global HQ finance team Additional Information Hybrid work schedule (Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday-Thursday onsite) High-visibility role with opportunity to enhance reporting processes and support a growing organization Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA.
