Job Description:
We are working with a company located just north of Downtown Miami that is searching for a Controller. In this role you will be responsible for rebuilding the current infrastructure. You will optimize financial systems and processes to support scaling operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a track record of being heavily involved in the the day to day accounting operations. Experience with project accounting and capital asset management, as well as familiarity with energy costs, utility billing, or colocation revenue models is required. This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite in their Miami facility and 2 days remote. CPA is required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
