CFS About the Opportunity CFS is partnering with a well-established organization in the manufacturing industry seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations. This Controller role offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to drive process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Controller with a deep understanding of manufacturing accounting. Key Responsibilities of the Controller Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance procedures Partner with operations to support cost accounting, inventory, and production analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supervise and develop accounting staff Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial initiatives Qualifications for the Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
MUST HAVE
