Controller Location:

Corona, CA 92879 | On-site | Full-time Advanced Framing Structures, Inc., Premier Steel Structures, Inc., and TORO Equipment Rentals are growing construction and equipment companies built on accountability, execution, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We're hiring a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across our companies. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial accuracy, disciplined processes, team accountability, and consistent execution. What You'll Do Own the monthly close process and ensure financial reporting is accurate and delivered on time Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, Accounts Receivable team, and Staff Accountant Monitor cash flow and support weekly cash management processes Review and manage weekly vendor payment selections Utilize Corpay to process check runs and ACH payments Lead CPA coordination, annual review, and tax coordination for entities and shareholders Assist with annual budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual variance reporting Review job cost reporting, vendor invoices, and transaction coding for accuracy and consistency Improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls across all entities What We're Looking For Strong construction job costing experience (required) Proven experience managing a monthly close process Experience leading and managing accounting teams High ownership mentality and accountability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and effective communication skills Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems required Systems You'll Work In Sage 100 TimberScan Corpay Point of Rental Role Details On-site role in Corona, CA — this position is not remote or hybrid Full-time position
