Full Job Description Description:

Shared Practices Group is a fast-growing multi-site healthcare organization (Dental Support Organization - DSO) with 45+ locations nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations, financial reporting, and team development in a high-growth environment. This role reports directly to the CFO and oversees the full accounting team. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly close process and improve close timelines Prepare GAAP financial statements across multiple entities Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606) and reconcile variances Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance Lead audit preparation and external audit processes Manage and develop a remote accounting team (AP, Tax, etc.) Support multi-location expansion (entity setup, banking, ERP, payroll) Own and optimize NetSuite ERP system

Requirements:
