Controller

Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Controller for a client in the non-profit industry in Eugene, Oregon. The Controller is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting support, month-end close activities, and compliance functions for the organization. This role partners with finance leadership on audit coordination, cash flow management, grant oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, lease accounting, and financial analysis while supervising accounting staff and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Will oversee an operating budget of $50M+ and have 3-4 direct reports.
