Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Finance Director in Pittsburgh, PA for our client, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis within a growing organization. This leadership role will oversee budgeting, performance analysis, and executive reporting while partnering with senior leadership on operational and strategic finance initiatives. Corporate Finance Director:

Financial Planning:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and long-range financial planning activities across the organization.

Executive Reporting:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial reporting while delivering actionable insights to leadership teams and stakeholders.

Business Partnership:

Collaborate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business performance initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor finance team members while enhancing reporting processes, financial analysis, and team development.

Operational Analysis:

Analyze labor, cost of sales, and key operational drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved financial performance.

Process Improvement:

Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and scalable financial processes to improve efficiency and visibility across the business. Qualifications for the

Corporate Finance Director:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred.

Experience:

8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience with prior leadership responsibility is required.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience supporting multi-unit business environments is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analysis skills are required.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, executive presence, analytical thinking, and the ability to present financial insights to both operational teams and senior stakeholders are required.
