This position will partner closely with operations leadership to ensure accurate costing, inventory controls, margin visibility, and capital management initiatives. Cost Controller Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain standard costing methodologies Perform product margin analysis and provide actionable business insights Oversee inventory accounting, controls, and cycle count processes Manage live inventory reporting and reconciliation activities Support capital expenditure tracking and capital asset management Maintain and analyze LIFO inventory accounting processes Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to drive financial performance Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions Prepare management reports and present financial findings to leadership Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Cost Controller Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA and/or MBA preferred Minimum of 5 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of inventory accounting and standard costing Experience with margin analysis, inventory management, and capital accounting Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships across finance and operations teams Demonstrated career stability and progression #LI-MS4 #
