What You'll DoAccounting & Financial OperationsOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesMaintain accurate

U.S. GAAP

financial statements and reportingManage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activitiesCoordinate with external accounting, tax, and audit firmsLead the company's annual audit process from planning through completionDevelop scalable financial controls, policies, and operating proceduresEnsure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirementsPlanning & AnalysisBuild and maintain company operating models, forecasts, and budgetsDevelop financial and operational KPIs that drive decision-makingAnalyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvementSupport pricing, investment, hiring, and growth decisionsPartner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiativesBoard & Investor ReportingPrepare monthly investor reporting packagesDevelop quarterly board presentations and supporting analysesParticipate in board meetings and leadership reviewsSupport financing activities, due diligence requests, and investor communicationsFinance InfrastructureImplement and improve finance systems, processes, and reporting toolsBuild a finance organization capable of supporting future growthEstablish best practices that improve visibility, predictability, and operational disciplineWhat We're Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceExperience in public accounting, preferably audit or assuranceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPExperience leading or supporting external auditsExperience building financial models, budgets, and forecastsStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to operate independently in a fast-moving environmentPreferredCPA designationExperience at a venture-backed startup or growth-stage companyExperience preparing board and investor reporting materialsFamiliarity with revenue recognition and subscription-based business modelsExperience supporting fundraising, due diligence, or financing activitiesSaaS, industrial technology, AI, energy, or infrastructure experienceWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you will:
