Elevate Investments is a real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily opportunities across the Pacific Northwest. The leadership team applies deep market knowledge and operational expertise to each project. Elevate Investments partners closely with its in-house property management team, Guide Property Management (GPM), to monitor local markets, identify trends, and enhance resident experiences during ownership transitions. The firm is committed to excellence in investment selection, portfolio management, and stakeholder outcomes. Role Description The Director of Investments is a full-time, hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, and executing the firm's value-add strategy. Responsibilities include performing detailed financial analysis, asset management, overseeing and meeting with Portfolio Managers, and preparing investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and investor partners. The Director of Investments will oversee each asset and collaborate with construction management and property management teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans. Qualifications Strong investment management experience, including overseeing acquisitions, portfolio performance, and asset management. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in developing and implementing investment strategies tailored to value-add multifamily assets. Experience in real estate, preferably multifamily, with knowledge of the Pacific Northwest market considered an asset. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a related field; an advanced degree Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and collaborative leadership.
