Full Job Description Job Description Overview:
This position works with regional financial and operational leadership to develop strategic reporting required to effectively communicate financial performance to regional and NSC senior leadership. A partnership with business development and operations is required to financially model prospective business opportunities. Ability to team build and foster strong connections with non-financial leaders is essential to assuming the role of a financial liaison. Duties further encompass administration of the financial requirements of contractual agreements related to multiple service lines within the region (Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, IPC and FHMS), process improvement, management of budget and projection cycles, accurate and timely generation of required financial data, and special projects as required.
Essential Job Functions and Additional Responsibilities:
Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively identify problems and alternative solutions. Requires minimum supervision and ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and professionally. Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation, and organizational abilities. Sound judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills to support decision-making. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Effective collaboration in team-oriented settings; able to manage stress and resolve conflict constructively. Professional customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with leadership to ensure timely preparation, analysis, support, and dissemination of financial information relating to: o Proformas (Existing and Business Development) o Projections o Budgeting o QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reporting o MOR (Monthly Operating Review) reporting o Other cycles requiring financial administration Conducts analysis and interprets statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization Review the monthly close process to ensure the completeness of data and understanding of financial results from a facility, system, service line and regional standpoint Manage and participate in special projects, as required Lead team meetings related to specific assigned tasks and initiatives outlining objectives, data requirements, concerns, timeline, and progress Join in SEG work groups and subcommittees to drive performance, engagement, and efficiency of process within the region Participate in process improvement initiatives which enhance financial and operational performance Assist SEG Financial and Operational Leadership in the financial administration of assigned contracts Work with VP of Finance to manage the financial operations of the Region, which includes FHMS and IPC books of business Ensure that the accounting methodology applied is in accordance with accounting concepts, techniques, principles, and GAAP. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions Perform special projects and other duties, as assigned

B.S./B.A.
