Accounting Full Job Description Job Title:

Financial Analysis & Controls 3

Location:

Remote (

Preference:

Redmond, WA)

Contract Duration:

7 Months (18 months (Must be fully available)

Onsite Requirement:

Occasional team meetups (Candidates must be near Redmond, WA)

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (No OT)

Pay Rate Range:

$50 to $55/hr Candidate Requirements Experience 5-6+ years in: Financial Modelling Financial Reporting Forecasting Education Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Advanced degree (Preferred) Disqualifiers No prior Microsoft experience Less than 18 months availability Frequent job hopping (short-term roles) Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience with Microsoft (MSFT) Hands-on experience with: Budget forecasting & loading Tools like BPC, SAP, Mercury, One Services Background such as: Finance Manager Reporting Manager Performance Metrics Accuracy of financial reporting Timeliness in deliverables Quality of analysis Top 3 Must-Have Skills Financial Modelling

• 5+ years Excel & Financial Reporting
• 5+ years Budgeting & Forecasting
• 5+ years Job Responsibilities Build and manage financial spreadsheets, charts, and reports Analyse financial data to forecast: Business performance Industry trends Economic conditions Interpret data related to: Pricing Yield Risk trends Support investment and financial decision-making Required Skills Strong verbal & written communication Attention to detail and critical thinking Ability to work independently Financial trend analysis & forecasting
